- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, home address, details about your home (such as size, bedrooms and bathrooms), the service you choose, and any notes you send us.
- Your text-message consent: whether you agreed to receive texts, and when.
- Basic technical information: when you visit our website, standard information such as your browser type and pages viewed may be collected automatically.
- Property information: if you received a mailer with a personal quote, it was prepared from publicly available property records (address and home size).
How we use your information
- To prepare your quote, contact you, and schedule and provide cleaning services.
- To send you service updates, including by text message if you agreed.
- To answer your questions and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our website, scheduling, and messaging platforms) and with the cleaning professionals who perform your service, and only as needed to do so. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Foamlee about your quote and booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing tryfoamlee@gmail.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
